Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Zürich invites seasoned Relationship Manager C&EE (F/M/X) to lead client acquisition and holistic wealth management for UHNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family offices. You will collaborate with Investment Managers to tailor strategies, manage risk, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while expanding assets under management.

The role emphasizes senior client coverage, cross-border capabilities, and a strong network in the CEE region.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with a background in Finance preferable.
Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable.
At least 10 years of financial services experience as a Client Relationship Manager.
Fluency English is a prerequisite, additional C&EE language (esp. Polish) a significant asset.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, acquire and maintain HNW/UHNWIs, Entrepreneurs, Single/Multi Family Office and institutional investors.
Increase share of wallet /Assets under Management by undertaking a business development, sales or relationship management approach as appropriate.
Responsible for the overall Net New Assets creation and revenue generation on the respective books in a scalable and efficient way.
Balance client relationship, prospect building, investment growth, administrative compliance, personal growth and development on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
Plan and manage resources (time, budget) to run an optimal business.
Work in close co-operation with other coverage, product and support functions to deliver DB’s value proposition.
