Mirabaud in Geneva is seeking an experienced assistant to support wealth management teams. The role focuses on prospect onboarding, data updates, reporting, client visit preparation, and meetings organization.

You will support RMs with central registry, KYC/AML compliance, cash management, transfers, and payment orders while ensuring regulatory policies are followed. Fluent French, English, and Turkish are required, with a client-focused, proactive mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship or Degree in Economics or equivalent, ideally completed with trainings in banking products and services (SAQ/CWMA) and or Compliance trainings
• Min. 5 years in a similar position Assistant in a Bank or IAM in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of wealth management products and services as well as deep knowledge of compliance rules (incl. cross-border) and Swiss regulations
• Outstanding communication skills, sense of organization and priorities, flexibility, excellent client and services orientation, solution oriented, ability to work in a team and to take initiative
• Fluent in French, English and Turkish mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the team: prospect, onboard, close; update of databases; communication, reporting; client visits preparation; internal/external meetings organisation
• Support RMs with Central Registry (documentation issues, updates, repapering); Risk & Compliance for KYC/AML; personalized client interactions
• Assist with cash management, credit/debit cards, transfers; execute payment orders/transfers/trading orders
• Ensure all internal regulatory policies, procedures and practices are followed within required timeframes
• Observe cross-border rules and regulations
• Participate in client meetings and corporate events as requested
