Zusammenfassung

Mirabaud, a Geneva-based bank, seeks an experienced Assistant in the External Asset Manager Team. You will perform administrative duties, client onboarding, reporting, and meeting organization while supporting RMs on KYC/AML, cross-border compliance, and cash transfers. Fluency in French and English is required.

You will join a dynamic, international environment with direct interaction with clients, prospecting activities, and regular participation in client meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship or degree in Economics or equivalent, with banking trainings (SAQ/CWMA) or Compliance.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role (Assistant in a Bank or IAM) in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products and Swiss/regulatory rules (cross-border, AML).
• Excellent communication, organization, priorities, flexibility, client focus, and teamwork.
• French and English fluency.

Aufgaben

• Administrative support to the External Asset Manager Team.
• Prospect, onboard, close; update databases; communication and reporting.
• Prepare client visits and organize meetings.
• Support Relationship Managers with KYC/AML, documentation, and cross-border rules.
• Handle cash management tasks, transfers, and settlement.
