Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is representing a leading Swiss pharmaceutical/life sciences organization based in Luzern. The role focuses on managing and maintaining documentation across its lifecycle in a GMP-regulated setting, collaborating with Quality, Validation, Compliance, and technical teams to ensure inspection readiness.

You will support audits, implement digital document management, and ensure proper archiving and retrieval of records while handling large volumes with high attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship, technical qualification, or university degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing technical, quality, compliance, or regulated documentation.
• Strong document control and records management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with digital document management systems and electronic record solutions.
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to quality systems, validation activities, compliance programs, or auditing practices is a plus.
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects would be beneficial.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain documentation throughout its lifecycle, from creation and review to storage and archival.
• Coordinate document control activities supporting laboratory equipment, validation processes, training records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of digital document management solutions.
• Ensure records are retained, archived, and retrievable in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Compliance, and technical teams to maintain inspection readiness.
• Monitor documentation workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
• Contribute to site-wide compliance, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing document-related expertise and records.
