You will support Metrology & Validation and Compliance teams with digital documentation management, archiving, and ensuring accessibility of records. The role offers development potential and requires strong documentation skills, English and German language abilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifikationen

• Education – candidate could have one of the following: Technical education (Apprenticeship) in Biotech, Pharmaceutical industry, Quality Assurance or related areas; or University degree in Biotech/Pharma.
• Strong documentation skills with a keen eye for detail in GMP environments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day documentation storage and archival for Metrology & Validation and Compliance.
• Develop a digital documentation management process for quick, reliable access to documents.
• Archive documentation in line with the company’s record retention policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation compliance and timing.
