• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Coach the clinical sales team and manage projects to achieve growth.
• Recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists.
• Lead regional innovation and participate in conferences and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and hospitals.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager and align with related functions.
