Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Achieve growth objectives through coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management.
• Collaborate with Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists.
• Launch innovation across the region with New Technology Specialist support.
• Implement a strategic business plan for sustainable regional growth.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians.
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international).
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager and coordinate with related functions.
• Manage employees and support performance development.
