Job summary

Celanese in Switzerland is seeking a Regional Supply Planner for Engineered Materials to orchestrate regional supply across the portfolio, balancing immediate needs with strategic growth. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in S&OP and/or supply chain planning.
• Experience in SAP planning environment and Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Leadership, presentation skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain long-range regional monthly supply plans.
• Perform long-term raw material planning using SAP and Blue Yonder.
• Optimize supply decisions to meet demand over 24 months.
• Coordinate regional demand and supply with suppliers and JVs.
• Evaluate scenarios to maximize global and regional margin.
• Provide optimization output to master production planners and commercial teams.
• Maintain master data in SAP and Blue Yonder.
• Input for S&OP meetings and propose plan improvements.
• Track KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, drive continuous improvement efforts.
