Zusammenfassung

STAAR Surgical Switzerland is seeking a Global Planning Director (100%) to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including S&OP, RCCP, MPS and MRP. The role spans Nidau and Monrovia sites with external supplier collaboration to ensure reliable material flow and optimal inventory levels.

You will drive capacity planning, translate forecasts into detailed schedules, and manage master data and inventory policies while guiding a multidisciplinary team under cGMP-like standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Several years of leadership in supply chain/planning roles.
• Expertise in supply chain planning design, deployment and modelling.
• Experience deploying ERP systems (Oracle or SAP/APO) and advanced planning tools.
• Proven ability to redesign and deploy planning processes and lead teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deploy a global S&OP process.
• Manage RCCP, MPS and MRP based on demand forecasts.
• Coordinate capacity planning across Nidau and Monrovia sites and external suppliers.
• Optimize inventory to meet service levels and inventory targets.
• Lead and develop the planning team and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
