Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in field service within bio/biopharma/scientific instrument market.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and support a team of Field Automation Specialists.
• Evaluate training needs and plan trainings/workshops.
• Installations, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and training.
• Maintain service documentation and parts inventory.
• Provide back-up service support outside territory as needed.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with Service Management and other departments.
• Support sales efforts, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
• Handle administrative work and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.
• Responsible for team KPIs, reporting, talent development, and succession planning.
