Candidates should have 10+ years in senior security roles, experience in manufacturing or construction, and a proven ability to collaborate with executives and external partners across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in senior security management roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors preferred.
• Experience working in regional, multinational risk contexts.
• Expertise in corporate security frameworks, risk management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional security governance aligned with corporate standards.
• Coordinate with country security managers and regional leadership.
• Lead crisis management and incident response across the Europe region.
• Monitor security KPIs, risk issues, and corrective actions.
• Engage with authorities and external partners during crises.
