Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Regional Security Manager Europe to oversee security operations across the EU region from the Zug base. You will drive governance, risk management, and incident response while coordinating with country security leaders and external partners.

The role emphasizes crisis management, regional training, and building resilience across the Europe region. Fluency in English plus French or German is expected, with international travel of 30%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Group Security and Resilience liaison manager with country security managers/coordinators, country CEOs, and EUCE/EUW Heads.
• Drive consistent implementation of Security & Resilience governance in Europe (EUCE/EUW).
• Assist country teams with governance implementation and improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on proactive security risk management to protect people, assets, and reputation.
• Deliver and support security training and awareness programs regionally.
• Maintain regional situational awareness for informed decision-making.
• Develop relationships with governments, authorities, and private security providers.
• Oversee regional security operations to align with corporate standards.
• Monitor KPIs and risk issues; ensure transparency and accountability.
• Advise leadership on security strategy, response plans, and risk initiatives.
• Support in responding to security incidents and crises.
