Aequor Consulting GmbH in Zürich is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity consultant to lead global delivery teams in manufacturing, pharma and industrials, guiding projects from strategy to execution. You will help clients navigate IT-OT convergence, supply chain security, and cyber risk management while delivering measurable business value.

With 10+ years in security, you will shape risk-aware architectures, mentor teams, and foster long-term client relationships across international environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, pharma or industrial products cyber security.
• Experience with global cyber security functions (supply chain security, OT security, cyber strategy, assessments and transformations).
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks (NIST, IEC-62443/ISA-99) and relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP).

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries.
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business.
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
• Delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define their Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to continue a exciting growth in this space.
• Drive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and our clients

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years years’ experience working within a manufacturing , pharma or Industrial Products industry-Experience working with global cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA etc.)
• Industry leading knowledge of the latest technology trends and predictions in the Security, OT and Manufacturing world. Ability to conceptualize and pitch the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes. Prior security consulting experience is a plus
• Experience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers . Fluent English. German or French are a plus.
