Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, EMEA Regional Manager to lead Global Security across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region from Zug, Switzerland. This hybrid role partners with site leaders and external stakeholders to implement security strategies, manage risk, and ensure continuity of business operations.

You will guide executive protection, travel risk management, and crisis response while collaborating with Legal, HR, and Real Estate to embed security into site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education is preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in corporate or regional security management, multi‑country responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Security strategy across EMEA, aligned with enterprise standards.
• Assess and mitigate physical security risks to people, facilities, and assets.
• Oversee incident management, investigations, and crisis response.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Legal, and business leaders to integrate security into operations.
• Manage third‑party security vendors and ensure compliance and cost controls.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and regional laws across EMEA.
