Etihad Airways is seeking a senior sales leader to implement regional sales plans across Switzerland and neighbouring markets. You will oversee country and sales managers to drive growth and revenue in line with corporate objectives.

The role requires fluent German and French, a valid right to live and work in Switzerland, and willingness to travel internationally. You will coordinate with partners and government bodies to optimize channel strategy and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 7 years experience in relevant field is required.
• Must be fluent in German and French.
• Must have the right to live and work in Switzerland ( EU or CH Citizen ).
• You will be required to travel for business.
• Regions you will be required to cover: Switzerland, Austria, Czechia, Poland.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of sales plans and programs across a wide area.
• Manage a team of country managers and sales managers.
• Define sales strategy and objectives.
• Develop and monitor sales plans to reach targets.
• Maintain relationships with third parties and strategic clients.
• Guide, coach and provide feedback to the team.
