Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced HUB HR Business Partner to drive people strategy and growth for the Service Business Unit at a regional level.

You will collaborate with hub leadership, Local Service Unit Leaders, and global stakeholders to implement workforce plans and develop capabilities for future goals. You will lead talent management, organizational design, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and HR policies across Europe.

• Extensive regional HR leadership experience in a complex, global, matrix organization.
• Experience in energy/OEM service businesses with installed base focus.
• Proven success in organizational development and talent management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
