Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. seeks an experienced Compliance Leader for Central Northern Europe to develop and implement a robust healthcare compliance program across the region.

The role partners with senior Commercial, Medical, Legal, Finance and HR teams to ensure adherence to national laws and industry codes while enabling rapid launch and commercialization of RevMed therapies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma compliance, a legal qualification, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in in-house pharmaceutical compliance.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders without direct reports.
• Extensive knowledge of European pharma compliance laws, transparency, and industry codes.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healthcare Compliance Program for Central Northern Europe in line with global strategy.
• Advise country Commercial and Medical teams on compliance risks across product life cycle.
• Collaborate across functions to implement global compliance initiatives in CN Europe.
• Oversee interactions with HCPs, HCOs, patient orgs and government officials and certify materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on operational impact.
• Draft and update policies to comply with national laws and industry codes.
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive compliance training program.
• Foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement in CN Europe.
• Lead risk assessments, monitoring, audits and remediation activities.
• Administer whistleblowing channels and manage investigations.
