Job summary

Revolution Medicines in Basel, Switzerland, seeks an Associate Director, Healthcare Compliance Operations, Europe, to build and run the compliance infrastructure for the European business as it grows.

You will translate global standards into scalable Europe-wide processes, manage HCP/HCO transactions, and partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT to implement systems, analytics, and transparency reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare compliance or related functions in pharma/biotech.
• Experience implementing/commercial operations across Europe.
• Knowledge of EFPIA code and transparency reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Europe Healthcare Compliance Operations model development and enhancements.
• Translate global standards into scalable Europe region processes.
• Provide risk-based compliance guidance on HCP/HCO transactions.
• Develop tools, governance, and documentation for Europe region.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve compliance processes.
• Support data-driven analytics for monitoring and risk assessment.
