Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe seeks a senior Compliance partner to guide Europe-wide teams on medical device regulatory and ABAC requirements. You will develop pragmatic solutions, collaborate with Legal, HR, Regulatory, Internal Audit, and Finance, and lead regional compliance initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualified candidates bring expert knowledge of European healthcare regulations, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Medical Device Industry policies and guidelines.
• Full professional work proficiency in English; German and French a strong plus.
• Ability to develop and implement compliance strategies across regions.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, business-focused compliance guidance to Edwards teams across Europe.
• Support regional projects and initiatives with the Compliance VP.
• Drive optimization of HCP-related policies and processes through best practices.
• Serve as Compliance SME for defined topics and geographies and ensure governance and cross-functional alignment.
