Zusammenfassung

UBS in Geneva offers a paid 6-month internship for candidates who have completed at least four bachelor’s semesters and are fluent in English. You will assist the Portfolio Manager with strategy implementation for direct real estate across Europe, performing quantitative analyses and ad hoc valuation work.

You will work with UBS Real Estate teams, receive mentors, and gain exposure to European markets, with potential progression to the Graduate Talent Program after studies.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago.
• Strong analytical and financial background with interest in real estate.

• Support the Portfolio Manager in strategy implementation for direct real estate across Europe (office, retail, logistics).
• Conduct quantitative analyses on the portfolio (cash-flows, valuations, reporting).
• Provide analytical support for projects (marketing pitches, ad hoc analyses, acquisitions, financing).
