Zusammenfassung

UBP – Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a motivated Private Equity intern to join the Private Markets Group for six months. You will participate in screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring of investments in private equity funds and co-investments, and support discretionary private markets mandates.

Use strong financial modelling and analysis, contribute to pitches, maintain investment databases, and help prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee while gaining exposure

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field with strong academics.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous internship/experience in PE, IB, consulting or corporate finance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Screen and analyse new investment opportunities in private equity and, occasionally, private infrastructure.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modelling, and industry research for new investments.
• Prepare investment briefings and memorandums and defend recommendations to the investment committee.
• Support in pitches and presentations for new mandates.
• Maintain and update investment databases and documentation.
• Assist the team in the execution and monitoring of private markets transactions.
