BeOne Medicines seeks a Senior Manager R&D Quality Analytics & Portfolio Insights to apply advanced analytics and statistics to strengthen independent quality oversight of clinical development, participant protection, and regulated research activities.

The role develops analytical methods, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to support RBQM, risk-based quality management, and inspection readiness across multiple programs, sites, and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in regulated R&D Quality analytics and portfolio oversight.
• Strong background in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of GCP, GVP, GLP, and GCLP quality practices.

Aufgaben

• Translate complex data into actionable quality insights for senior stakeholders.
• Develop analytical approaches, dashboards, and risk indicators for RBQM and oversight.
• Lead analytics workstreams across studies, sites, and vendors.
• Support GCP, GVP, GLP, and GCLP quality oversight with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Data Management teams.
