Job summary

Accelleron Switzerland Ltd invites engineers to join our R&D team, focusing on thermofluidic simulation, experimental validation, and turbocharging system development. You will combine numerical models with lab data to support design, validation, and optimization for powertrain integration.

You will work with simulation specialists, test engineers, software developers, and external partners, contributing to new simulation methodologies, tools, and propulsion technologies while ensuring quality

Qualifications

Experience with numerical simulation, CFD or thermofluid modelling.
Experience with experimental work and data analysis.
Ability to develop 0D/1D system simulations.
Strong English communication, written and spoken.
Interest in propulsion technologies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform simulation-driven analysis, design, and optimization of turbocharging systems.
Apply thermofluid methods to aerodynamics, internal flows, gas exchange in components.
Support development and validation of 0D/1D simulation methodologies using test data.
Analyze measurement data and validate simulations.
Contribute to workflows using MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW.
Prepare technical reports and present results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with universities, suppliers, and external technology partners.
Support internal documentation and training activities.
Propose improvements to models, experiments, tools, and processes.
