Zusammenfassung

Accelleron Schweiz AG in Baden (AG) seeks a Team Lead for Industrial Support Engineering - High Speed Turbochargers (m/f/d) at 80-100% workload. You will build a small team and lead engineering support across our Swiss factory, with strong China interface and global manufacturing partnerships.

Start by agreement, permanent position. You will manage KPIs, ensure quality decisions on deviations, and collaborate with supply chain quality and factory teams.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Chinese cultural awareness and language skills are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a new team of 2-3 engineering support specialists
• Ensure timely engineering decisions on non-conformance and deviation reports
• Provide technical key account support for global license holders and manufacturing partners, mainly in Asia
• Define and manage relevant KPIs with stakeholders from supply chain quality and factory operations
• Review and improve current global engineering support processes
