Job summary

Accelleron in Switzerland is seeking a motivated Development Engineer to advance thermofluidic simulation and turbocharging system development within a global R&D team. You will blend numerical simulation with lab data to validate and optimize components, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and partners.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge propulsion technologies and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Experience with numerical simulation, preferably CFD or thermofluid modelling.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulation-driven analysis, design, and optimization of turbocharging systems and components.
• Support development and validation of 0D/1D simulation methodologies using experimental data.
• Prepare technical reports and present results to stakeholders.
