Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland seeks a mechanical engineer to support high-speed turbocharger product development, including lifecycle support and cross-functional collaboration with supply, sales, and service teams.

The role requires a university degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master preferred) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably a Master degree (or similar).
• 2+ years of professional experience in Mechanical Engineering in a relevant business area.
• Fluency in English and German required.

Aufgaben

• Perform engineering calculations such as tolerance stack-ups for static and rotating turbocharger parts and assemblies.
• Initiate, supervise and analyze FEM/CFD simulations and tests in internal and external laboratories.
• Provide technical root cause analysis for product reliability incidents and develop countermeasures.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain knowledge management.
• Manage product development/R&D projects with cross-divisional collaboration.
