Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland, seeks a Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) to lead development and lifecycle support of high-speed turbochargers. You will work with cross-functional teams, including supply, sales, and central R&D, to ensure robust engineering and timely delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years’ experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience in a relevant business area.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute engineering calculations and tolerance stack-ups for static and rotating turbocharger parts and assemblies.
• Initiate and analyze FEM/CFD simulations and tests in internal/external labs, including field tests.
• Perform root cause analysis for product reliability incidents and develop countermeasures.
• Contribute to product development and lifecycle management with cross-divisional collaboration.
• Provide technical support to supply, sales and service teams and maintain documentation.
