Zusammenfassung

Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland, seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to lead a new team at the interface of product development and factory operations. You will build and guide a small team of turbocharger engineering support specialists and contribute hands-on.

You will collaborate with supply chain quality and factory teams, provide technical key account support for licensing holders and manufacturing partners, with a focus on Asia, and establish KPIs to improve global engineering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a new team of 2–3 engineering support specialists.
• Ensure timely engineering decisions on non-conformance and deviation reports to protect product quality.
• Provide technical key account support and product expertise for global license holders and manufacturing partners (Asia focus).
• Define and manage KPIs with stakeholders from supply chain quality and factory operations.
• Review and improve current global engineering support processes.
