Accelleron Schweiz AG in Baden (AG) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) to join the high-speed turbocharger product development team. You will take engineering responsibility for development and lifecycle support, provide technical support to supply, sales and service, and lead cross-divisional work packages.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master level, plus ≥2 years mechanical engineering experience
• Proven knowledge of state-of-the-art development methods
• Strong engineering, project management and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
• Independent, self-organized and dedicated approach
• Analytical skills and ability to understand complex situations
• Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• Execute engineering calculations such as tolerance stack-ups including statistics for static and rotating turbocharger parts and assemblies
• Initiate, supervise and analyze FEM/CFD simulations and tests in internal and external laboratories, including field tests and metallurgical investigations
• Perform technical root cause analysis for product reliability incidents and develop countermeasures
• Further development of the existing product range involving sales, service and central R&D
• Drive continuous process improvement, ensure documentation, and maintain knowledge management
• Provide technical support to supply chain, sales, and service teams, and prepare and update instructions and product manuals
• Manage product development / R&D projects, including planning and responsibility for technology, costs, and deadlines, while coordinating cross-divisional collaboration
