IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Staff System Architect dedicated to the SNSPD product line to lead the technical architecture and roadmap for our next‑generation cryogenic photon detection platform.

You will own end‑to‑end system designs across hardware, software, and integration domains. You will drive cross‑domain architecture decisions, guide engineering execution, and shape the platform's evolution with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance for quantum sensing and computing

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in system architecture or complex system design.
• Leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ability to communicate architectures clearly.
• Experience with multi-domain integration including photonics, cryogenics, electronics, and software.
