IonQ in the US seeks a Staff System Architect dedicated to the SNSPD product line, driving architecture and roadmap for next-generation cryogenic photon detectors. You will own end-to-end system architecture, defining interfaces, trade-offs, and cross-domain integration across hardware, software, and platform.

You will shape the technology roadmap, evaluate new materials and techniques, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced quantum

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, photonics, or a related field and 7+ years in system architecture or complex system design.
• Experience in multi-domain systems including photonics, cryogenics, electronics, and embedded or software components.
• Strong system-level thinking with proven leadership and communication skills to align diverse teams.
