Kandou AI is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the QMS across our semiconductor/tech operations. You will design, deliver and maintain ISO 9001-compliant processes (2015 with 2026 transition) and manage document control, IMS, CAPA, and audits for suppliers and customers.

You will champion quality, environmental and ethical initiatives, own quality metrics and improvement plans, and collaborate with design, development and manufacturing to align quality goals with business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing QMS in semiconductor/tech industries.
• Experience administering document and issue management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and related improvement tools (6 Sigma, FMEA, CAPA).

Aufgaben

• Design, deliver and manage the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 (2015 and transition to 2026).
• Administer Kandou’s Document (DMS) and Issues Management (IMS) systems and CAPA processes.
• Lead internal audits and support supplier/customer audits.
• Champion quality, environmental and ethical initiatives (RBA, Cyber Security, GHG emissions).
• Own quality metrics and improvement plans; communicate with management and stakeholders.
