An international manufacturing group is seeking a Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer in Zürich, Switzerland, to ensure top quality standards in automotive and industrial products. An international manufacturing group is strengthening its Quality & Compliance organization and is searching for a Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer to ensure world-class standards across industrial and automotive product lines.

🔧 What Youll Do

• 🤝 Negotiate quality agreements and manage relationships with key industrial & automotive clients.
• 🧩 Lead internal audits, support certification activities (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and coordinate with global teams.
• 📊 Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• 🪪 Oversee supplier quality, corrective actions, and customer feedback loops.
• 📈 Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle.
• 🎓 3+ years of experience in Automotive / Industrial Quality Management.
• 🔍 Proficient with core quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• 🧾 Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
• 💬 Fluent in English(German is a plus).
• ️ Willingness for occasional travel.
