Kandou AI seeks a Technical Advisor / Principal Architect to work with the CTO on conception, modeling, and development of breakthrough interconnect technologies. This role spans research, modeling, algorithm development, system architecture, and early‑stage silicon feasibility.

You will translate theoretical concepts into implementable designs that scale into real products, partnering across research, architecture, and product teams to drive differentiation.

Qualifikationen

• >>Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• multiple streams: digital comms foundations, information theory, coding, modulation.
• Experience building models, simulations, or prototypes.

Aufgaben

• Develop next-generation communication and interconnect architectures with CTO.
• Explore signaling, coding, equalization, and system-level techniques.
• Build models, simulations, and prototypes to validate concepts.
• Evaluate performance, power, latency, area, and manufacturability tradeoffs.
• Translate research into silicon-ready architectures and IP.
• Identify emerging tech and differentiation opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership across research, architecture, and product teams.
