Zusammenfassung

ETH Zürich is seeking a Quality of Education Officer to lead the development and anchoring of a university-wide Quality of Education Framework. You will steer the project from concept through implementation, coordinating across 16 departments and central bodies and collaborating with external partners and accreditation bodies.

The role requires a Master’s degree in education or related field, deep knowledge of QA/QM in higher education, and strong leadership and communication skills in German

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in education sciences, higher education studies, public administration or policy, social sciences or related field
• Experience designing and implementing education quality frameworks
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements (HFKG/AAQ or comparable)
• Ability to lead projects and change processes in a large, decentralised organisation
• Strong survey design skills and data-analysis literacy

Aufgaben

• Conceptualise and design the Quality of Education Framework with a shared core across 16 departments
• Harmonise QA standards and management processes into the new framework
• Coordinate adoption and stakeholder engagement across departments and central units
• Prepare analyses and expert reports for management, Rectorate and departments
• Lead the pilot and coordinate institution-wide rollout and embedding of the framework
