HfH, the Intercantonal University of Special Education in Switzerland, seeks a Quality Development Officer to shape the quality cycle, manage data-driven improvements and support cross-department collaboration. You will enhance the quality management system, coordinate evaluations and contribute to strategic governance.

You will lead with advisory competence, align indicators with organizational goals, and drive the integration of evaluation results into decisions.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree with quality management experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Expertise in project management and qualitative evaluations.
• Experience providing advisory support and coordinating cross-department initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Further develop the quality management system and the quality cycle.
• Clarify procedures, roles, responsibilities and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate the quality forum and advise on development projects.
• Develop quality objectives, indicators and evaluation concepts with units.
• Coordinate evaluation planning and support improvement measures.
• Analyse quality-relevant processes and define objectives and metrics.
• Develop quality reporting and assist with data-driven dashboards.
