Zusammenfassung

Alstom is seeking a VIE – QMS & Quality Improvement for the Site Quality team in Switzerland. You will support deployment of the Quality Management System on site and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO9001/IRIS standards.

We value hands-on attitude; initial experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations is encouraged. English required; German is a plus. A great learning environment awaits with cross‑functional collaboration on continuous improvement projects.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of ISO9001 and IRIS quality standards.
• Familiarity with quality tools and KPIs.
• Interest in industrial/railway environments.

Aufgaben

• Support deployment and governance of the Quality Management System processes on site.
• Participate in internal audits and support audit preparation and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs related to QMS performance.
• Contribute to documentation management and updates of QMS instructions.
• Support root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities.
