Haleon is seeking a QC glassware cleaning validation intern for the Nyon site. The role focuses on reviewing the current cleaning process, performing risk assessment, and supporting validation studies within the Quality Control team.

Applicants must be enrolled at a university and able to provide a valid internship agreement for a 12-month period. English communication and collaborative teamwork are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform risk assessment to identify worst-case cleaning scenarios and define validation strategies.
• Support design and execution of cleaning validation studies including sampling, testing and data analysis.
• Evaluate cleaning performance using indicators such as visual cleanliness, conductivity and TOC measurements.
• Prepare validation documentation, summarize results and present recommendations to QC and Quality teams.

We are currently looking for a QC glassware cleaning validation Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Quality Control team.

Duration: 12 months

Your Role at Haleon:

• You will review the current glassware cleaning process and assess it against GMP requirements and industry’s best practices.
• You will perform a risk assessment to identify worst-case cleaning scenarios and define appropriate validation strategies.
• You will support the design and execution of cleaning validation studies, including sampling, testing and data analysis.
• You will evaluate cleaning performance using analytical indicators such as visual cleanliness, conductivity and TOC measurements.
• You will prepare validation documentation, summarize results and present recommendations to the QC and Quality teams.

What we expect from you:

• You are studying Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• You have an interest in GMP environments, validation activities and Quality Control laboratory operations.
• You are curious, analytical and comfortable working with experimental data and scientific problem-solving.
• You communicate effectively in English and can clearly document your work and findings.
• You enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse team while taking ownership of your assigned project.
