Job summary

Haleon in Nyon, Switzerland, seeks a Technical Intern in Process Technology & Validation to support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and data-driven solutions. You will map processes, assist with trials and contribute to validation activities under supervision.

The role requires a Master’s level student or recent graduate in engineering or data science, with strong analytical skills, Python/Excel experience, and French/English communication abilities, in a regulated

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify and structure complex technical problems.
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one analytical or modelling tool such as Python, MATLAB, R or Minitab.
• Curious, agile and pragmatic with interest in manufacturing, process control, cleaning technologies and validation in a regulated environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken French with good working English and strong communication skills.

• Map and simplify processes, data flows and technical requirements to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and improved robustness.
• Support process and cleaning development trials, including preparation, execution, sampling coordination, data collection and interpretation.
• Contribute to process and cleaning validation activities through risk assessments, scientific rationales, protocols reports and traceable documentation under Technical SME supervision.
• Analyse manufacturing, cleaning and validation data using appropriate statistical tools and communicate clear conclusions to cross-functional stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a Technical Intern - Process Technology & Validation to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Technical team. You will support the implementation of new technologies and contribute to safe, compliant and robust manufacturing and cleaning processes.

Your Role at Haleon:

What we expect from you:

• You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• You have strong analytical thinking and can simplify and structure complex technical problems.
• You are comfortable using Excel and at least one analytical or modelling tool such as Python, MATLAB, R or Minitab.
• You are curious, agile and pragmatic, with an interest in manufacturing, process control, cleaning technologies and validationin a regulated environment.
• You are fluent in written and spoken French and have a good working knowledge of English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
