Job summary

Haleon plc. in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking a Process Engineer Intern for a 6-month program (Feb 2027 – July 2027).

The role supports OEE and process-improvement projects within Manufacturing or Packaging, working with multiple functions to analyze data and implement improvements. The candidate must be an engineering student in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering, with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills, and the ability to communicate findings

We are currently looking for a Process Enginner Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Manufacturing or Packaging team.

Duration: 6 months (Feb 2027 – July 2027)

Your Role at Haleon:

• Support OEE and process-improvement projects.
• Understand assigned equipment and processes.
• Define issues and analyze process data.
• Identify and evaluate improvement solutions.
• Support implementation in partnership with other functions (quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance, finance) and monitor results.
• Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

• Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or related field)
• Interest in production systems, process optimization, and data analysis
• Able to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong problem solving skills
• Able to communicate clearly in writing, discussions and presentations. able to work effectively with shop-floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to interpret data and contribute to structured improvement work under supervision
