Haleon in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking a Process Engineer Intern to join the Manufacturing or Packaging team for a 6-month placement (Feb 2027 – July 2027). You will support OEE and process-improvement projects, learn about assigned equipment and processes, and help define issues and analyze data to drive practical improvements in collaboration with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance.

We are currently looking for a Process Enginner Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Manufacturing or Packaging team.

Duration: 6 months (Feb 2027 – July 2027)

Your Role at Haleon:

• Support OEE and process-improvement projects.
• Understand assigned equipment and processes.
• Define issues and analyze process data.
• Identify and evaluate improvement solutions.
• Support implementation in partnership with other functions (quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance, finance) and monitor results.
• Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

• Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or related field)
• Interest in production systems, process optimization, and data analysis
• Able to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong problem solving skills
• Able to communicate clearly in writing, discussions and presentations. able to work effectively with shop-floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to interpret data and contribute to structured improvement work under supervision
