Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a Quality Operations associate to support the quality department's activities, ensuring compliant execution of systems and documentation across the lab. You will contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and operation of quality and/or lab systems.

You will follow SOPs, assist in document creation, report technical issues within 24 hours, and collaborate across teams to sustain GMP standards and regulatory compliance.

• Follows SOPs and/or laboratory methods in an effective and compliant manner.
• Assists in creating documents (reports, records, presentations).
• Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special-case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

• Erfüllt einfache, routinemäßige und wiederholende Aktivitäten nach den Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten.
• Befolgt die Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und/oder Labormethoden auf effektive und konforme Weise.
• Bietet Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten (z. B. Berichte, Aufzeichnungen, Präsentationen).
• Meldung von technischen Beschwerden / unerwünschten Ereignissen / Sonderfallszenarien im Zusammenhang mit Novartis-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt
• Verteilung von Vermarktungsmustern (falls zutreffend)
