Zusammenfassung

Sulzer is seeking a Machine Diagnostics Engineer to join the Flow division in Switzerland. You will lead diagnostics projects for pump technology, developing monitoring solutions and analyzing operation data.

You will perform vibration, acoustic and dynamic measurements in testbeds, support experimental dynamics campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Travel to facilities and customer sites may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in machine dynamics, vibration and experimental modal analysis, acoustics, diagnostics and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Project management and execution on Machine Diagnostics projects.
• Development of machinery diagnostic and pump condition monitoring solutions.
• Analysis of pump and system operation data.
• Vibration, acoustic and other dynamic measurements in the testbed; data analysis and interpretation.
• Support test bed activities with experimental dynamics, sensor and data acquisition.
• Field vibration surveys and analysis on pumps.
• Travel to test facilities or customer sites as needed.
