Zusammenfassung

Confluo in Nyon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate renovation, construction and property improvement projects across a portfolio of properties. The role combines office and site work, with opportunities to contribute to projects elsewhere in Switzerland and internationally.

You will establish clear project plans, coordinate internal and external contributors, monitor deadlines and budgets, and ensure that projects remain on track.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing construction, renovation or property improvement projects.
• Background with a property developer, architecture practice, construction/renovation company or design practice would be a plus.
• Experience coordinating architects, designers, engineers, contractors and other contributors.

Aufgaben

• Develop project plans covering scope, responsibilities, deadlines, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate architects, builders, plumbers, electricians, engineers, contractors and internal team members.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and missed deadlines to keep projects on track.
• Establish and maintain project budgets and cost-tracking processes.
