Andsimple is seeking a Development Project Manager to drive growth in its real estate activities in Switzerland. You will coordinate all project phases, manage budgets, and act as an owner’s representative during tendering and contractor oversight.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in architecture or civil engineering, has 7+ years in Swiss real estate development, and speaks fluent French and Swiss German, with English preferred. A competitive salary is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in real estate development and project management in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and zoning regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and contract-management skills.
• Willingness for day-trip travel throughout Switzerland.
• Fluent French and Swiss German; English preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all development-project phases from initiation to delivery.
• Select primary service providers via competitive bidding and act as owner's representative.
• Develop and manage development budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Supervise external stakeholders and liaise with local authorities for permits.
• Provide regular progress updates and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure construction quality meets standards, timelines and client expectations.
• Oversee technical due diligence for acquisitions and development projects.
