Zusammenfassung

P.I. Works Inc. is seeking a scheduling specialist to develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans for large-scale pharma/biotech projects. You will ensure critical-path integrity and provide analysis to support decision-making in an international EPCM environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, fluency in English, and advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. Experience with very large projects (> CHF 20 million) is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
• Excellent command of English; basic German an advantage.
• Experience with large capital projects in pharma, biotech, or a similar industry; advanced level of experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to plan large projects (> CHF 20 million) from design through commissioning/start-up; experience with > CHF 300 million is an advantage.
• Experience working in an EPCM company; client-side experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and support decisions.

Aufgaben

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules to enable efficient execution.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule-basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities; report findings to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances; support development of corrective-action methods.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trend charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Review schedules regularly with project teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Facilitate project scheduling meetings or interactive planning sessions as required.
• Support resource loading.
