Accelleron Switzerland Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Value Chain Digitalization to steer digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will drive SAP-enabled initiatives, especially EWM, translating warehouse flows into scalable, measurable digital solutions.

You will partner with Ops Heads, IT, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery, governance and change management across the value chain in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with SAP-enabled transformation initiatives and intralogistics or warehouse operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and IT organizations.

• Lead complex Manufacturing and Supply Chain digitalization projects from concept through go-live and stabilization.
• Initially take the lead role in the SAP EWM project, collaborating with a Technical Solution Lead.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate and align business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, external partners and technical experts.

Job Description

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation across Manufacturing and Supply Chain? In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business, operations and IT, translating value chain challenges into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

As Senior Project Manager – Value Chain Digitalization, you will lead complex digitalization projects from concept through go-live and stabilization. With a strong focus on intralogistics and SAP-enabled initiatives such as SAP EWM, you will translate warehouse operations, material flows and logistics requirements into sustainable digital solutions. Working closely with manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and IT organizations, you will be responsible for project governance, execution and value delivery. You will supervise cutover, migration, go-live and hypercare activities, while ensuring successful process implementation, organizational change and user adoption. Through your structured, pragmatic and results-oriented approach, you will act as a trusted partner for Ops Heads, IT leads and project sponsors. You will help accelerate Accelleron's digitalization journey, strengthen operational performance and enable sustainable business growth across the value chain. You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization, and collaborate closely with business leadership, IT and technical experts across our value chain.

Your Responsibilities

• Initially take the lead role in the SAP EWM project, working closely with a dedicated Technical Solution Lead who provides SAP EWM and solution architecture expertise.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate and align business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, external partners and technical experts.
• Drive business process implementation, organizational change and user adoption to ensure sustainable business impact.
• Lead Cutover, Migration, Go-Live and Hypercare activities where required.
• Translate business and operational requirements into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
• Deliver measurable business benefits and operational improvements across manufacturing, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Support strategic digitalization initiatives and contribute to Accelleron's long-term Manufacturing and Supply Chain development.

Your Background

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or Digital Transformation, with excellent project and stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of successful delivery in a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of manufacturing, logistics and supply chain processes; experience in intralogistics or warehouse operations is a strong advantage. Experience with SAP-enabled transformation initiatives; exposure to SAP EWM or warehouse management solutions is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to bridge business requirements, operational processes and digital solutions. Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented personality with a strong execution mindset. Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and IT organizations. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
