Accelleron Industries AG in Baden (Aargau) is seeking a Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization (m/f/d) to lead Manufacturing IT and digitalization projects end to end, from concept to go-live. The role requires 5+ years in IT/digitalization in manufacturing, a university degree in engineering or IT, and fluency in English and German.

You will coordinate with IT, automation and operations to deliver value for factory investments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing IT or digitalization projects in manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs.
• Knowledge of MES, SAP, WMS or similar systems is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead IT and digitalization projects end to end.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks.
• Coordinate IT workstreams in factory investments.
• Support FAT/SAT testing and commissioning.
• Translate needs into solution concepts with IT/OT teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners.
