VAT Vakuumventile AG in Haag, Switzerland, is seeking a Project Manager dedicated to planning, coordinating and delivering new construction, renovation and infrastructure projects at the Haag site.

You will ensure safety, timeliness and budget adherence while developing the site's building and technical infrastructure, coordinating HVAC, electrical and building automation tasks with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in Installation Engineering, HVAC Planning, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Further education in Building Services Engineering or Building Technology.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate new construction and renovation projects at the Haag site.
• Develop, plan, and lead construction projects including site management, cost planning, budgeting and project controlling.
• Design and advance HVAC projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare conceptual designs and coordinate planning with external engineers and designers.
• Support building permit applications and approval processes with external offices.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules aligned with site operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across construction, HVAC, electrical, MSR, cleanroom and fire protection.
• Oversee tendering processes and support contract awards with central procurement.
• Ensure construction execution meets quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate project acceptance activities and ensure smooth handover to end users.
• Participate in on-call rotation for technical alarms and emergencies.

Purpose of the Role

The Project ManagerFacilityisresponsibleforplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringnewconstruction,renovation,andinfrastructureprojectsattheHaagsite. The roleensuresthatprojectsarecompletedsafely, ontime,withinbudget,andin linewithoperationalrequirements,whilesupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofthesite'sbuildingandtechnicalinfrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Developandmaintainconstructionscheduleswhilealigningprojectactivitieswithongoingsiteoperationsandprojectobjectives.
• Coordinatemultidisciplinaryprojectactivitiesacrossconstruction, HVAC,electrical, buildingautomation(MSR),cleanroom,andfireprotectiondisciplines.
• Managetenderingprocessesandsupportcontractawardsincollaborationwiththecentralprocurementteam.
• Overseeconstructionexecution,ensuringcompliancewithquality, budget,andschedulerequirements.

Qualifications

• Completedtechnicaleducationin a relevantfieldsuchasInstallationEngineering, HVACPlanning,MechanicalEngineering, or acomparablediscipline.
• Proficiencyin GermanandEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken.
• Furthereducationorprofessionaldevelopmentin Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or arelatedfield.
• Severalyearsofprofessionalexperiencein buildingservices,construction,infrastructure, orprojectmanagementenvironments.Experienceplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringtechnicalconstructionorinfrastructureprojects.
• Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinkingskills,withaninterestindevelopingandimplementingnewsolutions.
• Demonstratednegotiationskills, soundjudgment,andtheabilitytoinfluenceprojectoutcomeseffectively.
