VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, is seeking a CAPEX Investment and Industrialization Lead to drive capital projects from concept to completion. You will optimize production processes, scale industrialization efforts, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while aligning with strategic business objectives.

The role requires technical engineering education and strong experience in CAPEX management, lean methods, and cross-functional teamwork, with fluency in German and English.

• Prepare and present project updates, investment cases, and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Purpose of the Role

To lead and deliver CAPEX investment and industrialization projects at the Haag site, ensuring efficient implementation from concept through completion. The role is critical in scaling and optimizing production processes, maximizing return on investment, and ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting strategic business objectives.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
